Return Policy



Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your animal. shipping problems or dead on arrival needs to be relayed to us within 12 hour. we may ask for photographic or video evidence that the animal has perished or is having problems.


in the event a refund is required we will make sure to communicate with the customer fully and cooperate to the best of our ability.


once we have approved a refund we will discuss when and how the refund will be released based on your prior purchase (cash,paypal, or square invoice). in some cases we may offer a replacement animal if the customer would rather have a replacement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only exchange animals if the incorrect sex has been received, we only guarantee sexed animals for 3 months following purchase. in the event you have received the incorrect sex we can offer a full refund with the return of the animal or we can try to exchange one of equal value of the proper sex. 


To return your animal, you should contact us at or via phone at 910-724-6398. In the event an animal must be returned we will email you a return shipping label with steps to package up the animal safely.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless previously discussed.
